Question 1

What is The Circle by REEVO?

Accepted Answer

The Circle by REEVO is an AI matching protocol for global real estate, operated by The Circle Technologies. A client describes what they are looking for to REVA, the platform's conversational assistant, and the patent-pending REMP engine matches them to certified professionals drawn from 70 brokerage networks across 107 licensed markets.

Question 2

Who founded The Circle by REEVO?

Accepted Answer

The Circle by REEVO was founded by Jorge Próspero dos Santos, creator of the Dynamic Referral System and the REEVO App, and a contributor to outofthebox.pt. The platform is operated by The Circle Technologies, registered in Lisbon, Portugal.

Question 3

What is the REMP protocol?

Accepted Answer

REMP — the Real Estate Matching Protocol — is a patent-pending, vector-based matching engine. It scores every certified professional on three weighted components: Performance, Reputation and ESG. A client brief is resolved through tiered geography, from neighbourhood to city to country to the global network, and every score traces back to a documented public source.

Question 4

How does The Circle by REEVO make money?

Accepted Answer

The Circle earns a single 25% referral fee on a completed transaction. It is split programmatically at closing: 75% to the executing agent, 19% to the protocol treasury, 3.5% to the primary ambassador, 1.5% to the secondary connector and 1.0% to the ESG Impact Fund.

Question 5

What is the Dynamic Referral System?

Accepted Answer

The Dynamic Referral System is the ambassador layer of The Circle by REEVO. Ambassadors receive a personalised QR pass; every scan is attributed to them, and the introduction is tracked from the first scan through to settlement. An ambassador who introduces another ambassador earns a secondary connector yield on that network's deals.

Question 6

What is REVA?

Accepted Answer

REVA — the Real Estate Virtual Assistant — is the platform's conversational front door. It qualifies a client by voice or text in multiple languages, captures the brief as structured data, and dispatches it to the professionals the REMP engine ranked highest.

Question 7

How is client data protected on The Circle by REEVO?

Accepted Answer

A client's contact details and qualification transcript stay encrypted until the Stage 4 Legal Governance & Co-Brokerage Agreement is executed. That instrument covers mutual confidentiality under GDPR and RGPD, mandatory feedback obligations, the 25% gross commission split, and settlement verification against the closing document.
